Agile Malaysia Meetup - Product Planning

I was lucky a colleague told me about the Agile Malaysia Meetup yesterday. With experienced hands organizing the event at iProperty's office at Menara IGB, it was a fruitful session.

This meetup's theme is getting back to the basics. Two Product Managers from iProperty, Prateek Roy and Reza Khoshdel shared their experience of using product planning framework to manage the various products, projects and teams to deliver successful products.

Prateek gave a good overview of a Product Manager's role and the whole Product Planning process. One key takeaway is to have a vision and a set of discrete milestones to rally all the teams toward a common direction.

Reza then dove deep into the stages of Research, Sketch, Fight Club, Plan and Code.
